Our retreat accommodations include 120 casitas that are decorated in a style conducive for relaxation and meditation, along with 3 meals in our Dining Hall.
The nearest airport is Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, which is approximately 2.5 hours away.
Arizona Shuttle (928-282-2066) provides shuttle service to and from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport.

Our program fees include training and practice sessions, accommodations during the length of the program, and three meals a day. We also offer many free retreat enhancements to customize your stay.
Meals are served buffet style in our dining hall three times a day. Our menu includes fish and seafood, as well as vegetarian options.
Wi-fi service is available in our lounge and training rooms.
You can bring your laptop, but we encourage you to limit your use during your retreat stay and break away from your normal routine.
The most reliable service is from Verizon. Other carriers have poor signals at Sedona Mago Retreat. We offer a complementary phone at our Welcome Center to make local calls.
We have a self-service laundry room that is operated by quarters. Laundry detergents are also available for purchase. Ironing boards are also located in the laundry room.
We are located in the high desert at 4,500-feet altitude. Typical desert weather is warm or hot in the day, with dropping temperatures at night. We have strong winds that can help with the warm temperatures, but which also circulate dust and pollen in the air.
Sedona Mago Retreat is open to the public every Saturday for Tao Service and classes. This is free to all visitors, with donations gratefully appreciated. Reservations are required for Saturday Open House and Tao Service. Learn more »

We are open to all faiths and spiritual backgrounds.
Our retreat accommodations includes 120 casita-style guest rooms that are decorated in a style conducive for relaxation and meditation. Our standard rooms offer mini-refrigerators and microwaves. House on the Rock suites offer kitchenettes. To maintain an environment conducive for meditation, the rooms do not have televisions or phones. If you are traveling alone and selected the “double room” option in your booking, you will be assigned a rooming companion of the same gender.
We do not allow pets, although service animals are allowed.
The full cost of your reservation will be charged to your credit card at time of registration for all retreats.
You don’t need to be part of a program to visit our center, you are welcome to stay here on your own and have your own unstructured time. You can book online at our Accommodations page or call the Welcome Center at 928-204-3391. Three meals a day are included in your stay starting with dinner on your check-in day until lunch on your check-out day.
Yes, you are more than welcome to stay an extra night before or after your program based on availability. Please check our accommodations page to book online or you can call the Welcome Center at 928-204-3391. Please note: if you are staying in a private room during your program, you’ll need to book a private room for your extra nights. If you are staying in a shared, you need to book a shared for your extra nights. You will stay in the same room throughout your stay.
A private room is based on single occupancy in the room (only one person per room, regardless of the number of beds). A shared room is sharing with another person (a room with 2 beds). If you are coming to the retreat by yourself and select a shared room then we will room you with a person of the same gender. For more information on Accommodations
The retreat does not offer any shuttle service, you will either need to have your own car or you can call a private taxi service (please note, the taxi service rates are expensive because of Bill Gray Road). Also you can do Tune-In Sedona which provides a day experience in Sedona.
We do not have an ATM on property. You will need to bring enough cash before your visit or if you have a car, you can find a bank in Cottonwood or Sedona
If you are arriving after 7:30 pm, you will receive a late packet with a map and key. We have a night manager on duty if you have any questions.
Our dining Hall stops serving meals at 7 pm. If you are arriving later than 6:45pm we suggest that you eat before arriving on property. The next meal is breakfast the next morning at 6:45 am.
