The remote but convenient location of our retreat center makes it one of the best places to get away in the Southwest.
This four-day, three-night weekend retreat provides a balance of time spent in guided group mindfulness meditations, invigorating energy yoga classes, gentle walking meditations in nature, personal self-reflections, and visits to the famous vortex sites of Sedona for an ideal spiritual travel vacation. Experience chakra healing and refresh your energy and spirit, while bonding with other like-minded participants.
You will spend time with nature exploring the vortex sites on our lands, and visit the most famous and picturesque vortex sites in Sedona. You will have free time in the historic district of Uptown Sedona to explore, eat lunch on your own, or visit the many interesting galleries and gift shops.
Our experienced trainers guide you in this journey that helps you to look within and reflect on what you want to let go of, what you wish to bring into your life, and how to listen to your true voice. Return home with a renewed sense of peace, self-awareness, and spiritual inspiration.

| 8:30 - 9:30 am | Energy Yoga Class Begin your day by exploring your internal energy through meridian stretching and energy yoga exercises. Surrounded by the serenity of Sedona Mago Retreat, you will shut off the outside world and explore your inner landscape. |
| 9:30 - 11:30 am | Healing Meditation in Nature Experience guided healing meditation for spiritual renewal at Sedona Mago Retreat's most sacred sites located on powerful vortexes. There are no ringing cell phones and no honking horns. In this quiet space, you will be able to look within and reflect on what it is you want to let go, what you wish to bring into your life, and how to listen to your true voice. |

| 3:00 - 5:30 pm | Chakra System for Spiritual Transformation The seven chakras are power spots in our body as vortexes are the power spots of the Earth. Here you will learn about your body's energy system and chakra balancing exercises. Particular emphasis is placed on the sacral chakra, heart chakra, and guided imagery meditation to open the third-eye chakra. Through this session you will also receive personal spiritual guidance from the retreat facilitator for your continued spiritual renewal. |

| 7:15 - 9:15 pm | Spiritual Movie Wrap up your day by winding down and taking in a spiritually inspiring movie with other like-minded people on the road of spiritual travel. The movie is followed by a short group discussion and tips on how to integrate the movie's message for your spiritual growth. |

| 9:00 am - 6:00 pm | Sedona Activities and Healing Meditations Today you will leave Sedona Mago Retreat and visit the amazing and most famous vortex sites of Sedona and red rock country. Let their healing effects transform you as you connect to the unique energy of each location in a guided meditation. You will have free time in the historic district of Uptown Sedona to have lunch on your own during this full-day excursion with unique meditation opportunities. Morning: Visit the sacred site of Cathedral Rock Referred to as Sun God by the Native Americans, Cathedral Rock is one of the iconic sacred places of Sedona. The energies here are known to help release and heal old emotions or memories. You walk on the bank of Oak Creek, quietly sit by the water or under an aged tree, and use healing meditation and breathing meditation for communicating with your heart chakra. Afternoon: Energy Yoga and Mindfulness Exercises with Bell Rock, Cathedral Rock, and Airport Mesa In the afternoon you will visit Sedona Mago Retreat's off-site property, Mago Castle. Mago Castle offers a 360-degree view of the breathtaking landscape and is surrounded by three of the most famous red rocks of Sedona: Bell Rock, Cathedral Rock, and Airport Mesa. |

| Early morning | Sunrise Healing Meditation It's a transformative experience that words can hardly express when you observe the sun slowly peeking up over the horizon amid the stunning red rock landscape of Sedona. The play of light and shadow is magnificent, and your heart chakra will open widely as you become part of a scene that has played out over and over again throughout millennia of earth's existence. It's one of the most sacred moments of the Sedona Weekend Retreat. |

| 9:30 - 11:00 am | Closing Session During the closing session, you will have time to take stock of the different meditation exercises, mindfulness exercises, and chakra balancing techniques and make a plan how to integrate them into your daily life and have you returning home inspired to continue your practice. Have time to say goodbye to the new friends who accompanied you on this spiritual journey. |
