Sedona Healing Course

Sedona Healing Course was established through the principles and practice of the Korean tradition of Tao.  Known as “Sun-Tao” (仙道), it is based on the understanding that we, as humans, are manifestations of the ultimate life energy.

Ki or Chi (qi) is the life force of all humans.  It has been recognized and used throughout the world since ancient times; in India it is known as Prana, in China as Chi, in Japan and Korea as Ki, and as the Great Spirit for Native Americans.

Weak or blocked Ki Energy can cause sickness, disease, agitation, and stress.  In contrast, strong Ki Energy brings about health and well being, as well as increased mental alertness, focus, concentration and creativity.

‘Your healing will begin the moment you arrive’

Our Ki Energy flow affects how we feel, how we think, and the overall condition of our health.  Ki Energy healing restores balance to the energy systems of the body.  In addition to the physical benefits, releasing blockages and clearing stagnant energies can bring about a deep release of energies and emotions which have been held in the body for a long time.

It is often profoundly relaxing and healing can often occur much faster than people think.

During this retreat you will learn about the various aspects of Ki, and how to access and use it to balance and unblock your chakras and meridians.  Chakras are the power centers in the body while meridians can be thought of as rivers of energy running through it. You will learn how to unblock and balance chakras and meridians so that the body heals itself—and attains a state of physical, emotional and spiritual health.

What differentiates this course from others is the integration with Tao principles and lifestyle, opening the floodgates to a knowing of who and what you are – you will gain not only health but also a sense of peace, balance and long-lasting happiness that can be shared with family, friends and your community.

Tao Transformational Healing with Michelle Moon

Personal Message from Michelle:

It is my great honor to use all that I have learned in order to serve as a steady guide, helping you to navigate through whatever challenges you now face. From times of old, the spiritual seeker found refuge in the teachings of an enlightened master. Enlightenment is but a word. However, experience is what I offer. It is adversity that prepares us to open and receive unprecedented healing that impacts not only ourselves, but all those we love. Be not discouraged for it is true that when the student is ready — the teacher appears. It is my dream for Sedona Mago Retreat to become not merely a place for vacation, but education. To connect to the Tao is to connect to your own true nature where there is no disease or discomfort. From this place, we are one.

“A few years ago, I was in my mid-twenties and for a couple of years I had been feeling chronically aimless and anxious and tired. At the time it felt somewhat manageable, and after all, who in their twenties doesn’t have a nagging sense of confusion these days? This was when I first met Master Michelle. Back then, I was so in my own head that I didn’t realize how much I needed her guidance. Again and again, Master Michelle gave me exactly the direction I needed but in my habit of cynical judgment, I continually resisted her advice. Yet, she patiently waited and listened to my hectic and repetitive mind, often with nothing more than a gentle nod and a warm smile.

I did not know what was to come next in my life, but I think somehow Master Michelle sensed it. She kept trying to prepare me but I continued to argue and resist. It didn’t matter. She kept offering her reassuring presence despite my repeated stubbornness. Some quiet months went by and then, out of the blue, my father was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer and passed away about a year after the diagnosis. Not two months had gone by after my dad’s death before my mom was diagnosed with another ominous and life-threatening disease. Within the span of weeks, I went from being responsible for nobody but myself to having to care for my mom, my younger siblings, and the 23 employees in my father’s company, for which I was now suddenly responsible.

There were moments, in the hospital with my mom or in the office with the door closed, that I felt on the verge of breaking. I didn’t know whether to cry in self-pity or laugh hysterically at how utterly and ridiculously wrong things seemed to have gone. Always, during all of these moments, like the ground beneath my feet, there was Master Michelle, in the background, with her calm, compassionate sincerity. It was precisely during these moments of crisis that Master Michelle miraculously appeared – sometimes via a simple text message and at other times physically driving to see me in the hospital or our house. Gradually, through her gentle wisdom and spiritual guidance, I began to see in myself the softness and calm surrender that I felt in her. Now, I can tell that she knew all along the wisdom I possessed deep inside myself, even back when I had the “luxury” of not seeing an inch past the content of my own restless mind. These years were and continue to be the most trying of my life. But the deep purification that I received during Master Michelle’s private sessions, and the supportive community of spiritual seekers that emerged in her small-group workshops, have elucidated for me that sense of deep inner peace that we all have the potential to access.”
