If you are feeling stressed and stuck in a fierce cycle of worry and anxiety, then your energy is stuck. Practicing Reiki helps you to not only move this energy but also helps you gain control over your own energy – physically, emotionally and spiritually. Feel more grounded, centered and at peace with Reiki.

In this Level 1 course you will learn all the tools you need to perform Reiki on yourself, another person or a beloved pet.

You will also receive an attunement from Jennifer, which will open all your energy channels – including chakras – in your body to allow you to bring in the energy. All participants will receive a Reiki 1 certificate.

Weekly Schedule

  • In order to practice Reiki, one must first understand the philosophy and principles.
    Note: Prior to your first meeting online, you will have the opportunity to schedule a 20 minute Distance Healing Session with Jennifer.

It is important to have your energy channels clear and open in order to receive the full benefit from universal energy.
Note: Prior to our second meeting online, you will schedule your Reiki Level I attunement with Jennifer.
  • Learn how to ‘turn on’ Reiki energy and practice the self-healing hand positions
Dealing with the stress and tension in everyday life, causes the chakras to close. As a result, the chakras have to be continually cleared.
  • Learn what chakras are and how disharmony or blockage in a chakra can affect you
  • Practice a guided meditation that will enable you to move Reiki through all of your chakras to clear and balance them
When you help another person, you also help to decrease your stress. If there is family tension, practicing this will help to soothe the entire family.
  • Learn hand positions that can be used on others to help promote relaxation and healing. These hand positions can also be used with a pet.
Strengthening your ki, or energy, helps to keep your energy channels clear. When your energy channels are clear you can increase the quantity and quality of universal Reiki energy.
  • Learn Tao exercises to strengthen your Ki and help create a stronger Reiki connection
  • Start a 21-Day Tao exercise practice for grounding
In addition to learning how to strengthen your ki through physical exercises, meditation is needed to move energy through the power of your mind. It is yet one more tool, you will need to keep your channels clear and open.
  • Learn the importance of meditation in moving energy and staying present
  • Practice a meditation
  • Receive a recording of the meditation to help you stay in touch with your own condition

For the past 20 years, Daniel has taught mind-body training programs, based on traditional Korean healing philosophy. He is a Life Coach, Position Therapy Trainer, and Qigong Master.
