What to Expect
We all have felt our True Selves one time or another. But in your daily life, it is so easy to fall back into the patterns of thoughts, emotions, and actions which you developed throughout your life. In this course, you will learn to increase your awareness in your daily life and reconnect to your True Self, the unshakable and powerful being existing within you, learn how to empower and choose to be your True Self, and feel confident to live as your True Self.

Steps to Self Mastery
This course is for those who have taken the Finding True Self workshop and who wish to live as their True Selves and change their lives for the better.
Prerequisite: Finding True Self
When: Wednesdays, 5:30 – 6:30 pm PT/AZ (8:30 – 9:30 pm ET)

The Mindset of People Who Live as Their True Selves
Week one begins with an overview and key essence of how to reconnect to who you are and be in the state of True Self.
- Learn how your mindset impacts your life. Review the mindset of people who live as their True Selves
- Learn to distinguish the life of True Self from the life of Ego Self
- Learn how to create optimal conditions every day to get in touch with who you are
- Practice Natural Mindful Movements and Energy Meditation
Transform Your Negative Habits by Creating Awareness
Week two is about becoming aware of your habits that are not helping you to grow your True Self and learning what you can do to change those negative habits or voices.
- Learn to observe the patterns of your emotions, thoughts, and actions
- Become aware of the voices inside and shift your consciousness daily using the Map of Consciousness
- Practice Natural Mindful Movements and Reflection Meditation
Self Love to Improve Your Relationships
What you create in your relationships with others is directly related to how you feel and what you create inside yourself. You will learn about Self Love and turning your judgment into compassion.
- Observe your inner struggles, conflicts, and judgments toward yourself, and the people around you
- Self Love: Be honest with your feelings and let your feelings guide you to get to the root cause of your struggles, conflicts, and judgments towards yourself and others around you and learn how to resolve them
- Practice Natural Mindful Movements and Reflection Meditation
